Nightly job only ingests yesterday. Metrics for other days are only rebuilt when you sync that date range here. Use a wide enough window to include every day you are viewing on the Metrics page (e.g. your pay period or month). Max 93 days per run.
Login email (manual)
Normally you change email in Spotio and run user sync (nightly or after changing Spotio).
That updates the same spotio_user_id row—password is unchanged—and people sign in with the new email.
Use this only to fix our database when it is out of step with Spotio (next user sync will overwrite from Spotio if it still shows the old address).
Reset user password
For accounts tied to Spotio users. Same rules as registration: 8+ characters, uppercase, lowercase, number, special character.
